Overview

While there’s been an increase in slack/professional groups among finance leaders these past few years, we have found them lacking in the most strategic areas of the finance job. It’s a massive missed opportunity when we can’t leverage our peers for critical decisions and strategic initiatives, especially if people are eager to help.

Most of us are not going to share issues about poor sales and an upcoming RIF in an open forum that immediately associates us and our companies. Most leaders will choose not to share in a large group when they are having serious issues with a board member, but would love to get thoughts on how to deal with these situations, or just get some empathy.

We have started a group to share challenges and get feedback from a community of top finance executives without having to disclose your name and company details.

There is no pressure to post anything if you want to just participate and see what others have to say.

We’re building this community for all of us, so please don’t hesitate to share any feedback!
