How did we get this idea? Sudozi was started by Rose Punkunus, former Uber US & Canada CFO. At Uber Rose was the second strategic finance hire and helped scale the entire finance organization during the fastest period of growth for Uber (2013-2017). Building Procurement processes and systems pre-IPO were critical to the company’s long term success (As of Dec 2023, Uber had a market cap of $127B).
On the path to IPO, companies need to improve their approval processes, get better visibility to spend data, and avoid implementing clunky old school software that doesn’t work. Sudozi solves that for modern teams.
